Emma Warrillow - Principal and Lead Consultant
A marketing strategist with a talent for numbers,
Emma Warrillow uses analytics as the foundation for custom-designed
marketing strategies.
With a Masters degree in Management Sciences and
an undergraduate degree in Mathematics and Statistics, Emma is uniquely
qualified to understand the analytics and business of customer relationship
strategies.
Emma has worked in both the corporate and consulting
side of customer management for fifteen years. Through Emma Warrillow
& Associates Inc., she plans and builds strategies that capture
a greater share of customer. She also evaluates, trains and mentors
internal resources so that clients may manage their customer programmes
in-house.
Emma has developed and taught post-graduate courses
at George Brown College and has judged awards for both NAMMU and
the CMA.

Alicia Lok-Malek- Senior Consultant
Alicia Lok-Malek is a marketing intelligence specialist
with a passion for enabling data-driven marketing strategies through
the design of cross-functional roles, integrated processes, and
end-to-end marketing infrastructure.
Alicia brings to her projects a wealth of database
marketing experience from industries including financial services,
technology and marketing consulting. Her roles have focused on designing
campaign strategies, client level profitability analytics, predictive
modelling, list management and championing marketing data infrastructure
requirements. She has held several roles leading and developing
analytical resources.
Alicia joined the team in 2007 after leaving her
role managing the marketing analytics and list management teams
at Microsoft Canada.
